SHOP POLICY
If you miss an appointment without cancelling or without any form contact to notify us, we mark it down as a no show on our system.. UNLESS you come in and pay, then the no show is removed and massively appreciated by us. If you get ” 2 ” NO SHOWS marked down on your name, that’s missing an appointment without cancelling, or making no form of contact with us, the system will put a suspension on that name until the last appointment is paid. We never want to take payment upfront as we totally understand things pop up in peoples’ day and that’s why we offer an hour before cancel option on the system, or even if it’s out that hour and you drop us message or something to let us know, we’re cool with that. Please understand we just can’t absorb the no shows like we used to, now being two self employed barbers.
